CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Review construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material usage and site resources efficiently.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure quality control and workmanship standards are met.
- Handle site meetings and communicate project updates to management.
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects, including planning, scheduling delivery and erection, testing, and commissioning
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills demonstrated through effective project coordination
- Proactive attitude with proven problem-solving skills applied to overcome project challenges
Other Information
Working Hours:
- 5.5 day work week, Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:25pm, Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm (Alternate Saturdays off)
