Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operations across onboarding, in-service administration and offboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and medical screening for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support work pass administration and related processes.
- Coordinate probation confirmations and contract renewals.
- Support professional licence and employment certification matters.
- Process resignation, clearance and offboarding documentation.
- Respond to HR enquiries from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with HR projects, SOP updates and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in HR administration, HR operations, HR shared services or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
