- Position Title: M & E Coordinator
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate M&E/MEP drawings, shop drawings, and specs; manage submissions/approvals for materials, samples, and method statements with consultants/authorities.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with design and specifications.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire safety trades.
- Supervise on-site M&E installations (HVAC/ACMV, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire protection) for quality, safety, and code compliance.
- Plan and oversee testing, commissioning, and inspections to ensure systems are ready for handover.
- Track schedules and progress; report status, risks, and delays; support site coordination meetings.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, codes of practice, standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain documentation: approvals, submissions, records, as-builts, and O&M manuals
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- 3–5 years of M&E coordination or supervision experience in construction.
- Able to read and interpret design/shop drawings; proficient in CAD/AutoCAD; BIM tools (Revit/Navisworks) preferred.
- Good knowledge of local codes, standards, and authority submission procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Safety-first mindset with knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
