Job Description

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 5.30PM

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate service visits, job assignments, and dispatch arrangements to ensure efficient field operations.
- Monitor service performance indicators such as response time, resolution rate, and service quality, and implement improvements where required.
- Provide technical guidance to the team on installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and service-related matters.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and support the team in resolving service challenges.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on service matters.
- Manage client escalations, ensure service satisfaction, and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor service performance and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper tracking and availability of required service parts.
- Ensure accurate documentation of service activities, including reviewing and approving service reports.
- Maintain and update service-related documentation such as SOPs, DHR, and maintenance records.
- Enforce safety standards and conduct field audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations.
- Identify training needs and support the upskilling of field service engineers and technicians.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance.
- Experience supervising technicians or service teams is preferred.
