Services Support Executive (Supply Chain)

Our client is a leader in the Chemical Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Services Support Executive (Supply Chain) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Responsibilities
- Arrange packing, booking, collection, and delivery of goods and samples, including lab items, and update system records.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and follow up closely with customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments by preparing SOAs and coordinating with customers.
- Check invoices from third-party logistics, transporters, and couriers; ensure charges are accurate and billed accordingly.
- Track customer orders against forecasts and prepare regular order status reports.
- Provide support to sales by calling customers for advance stock orders and offering delivery updates.
- Maintain and update product lists for submission to Finance for customs approvals.
- Drive improvements and ensure adherence to order management business rules.
- Provide audit documents when required.
- Perform stock-take activities when assigned.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business Management/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledgeable in water treatment, wastewater, or environmental engineering.
- Proficient in SAP MM and SD modules.
