Job Responsibilities
- Support daily production operations to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Report machine breakdowns or suspected faults to the Production Supervisor for corrective action.
- Ensure machines and the surrounding work area are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor product quality and promptly report any defects or quality issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
- Minimum Primary or Secondary school education.
- Technical qualifications are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- A proactive team player with good communication skills, initiative, and commitment.
- Willing and able to work overtime when required.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- Able to lift and move materials weighing approximately 15–22 kg on an ad hoc basis.
