Schedule will be pre-planned, might be e.g. 3 days per week or 5 days per week or no activation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients at diagnostic centres and mobile healthcare sites
- Receive and assist patients at Laboratory and/or Radiography sections
- Register patients and assist with appointment scheduling
- Attend to patient enquiries and provide appropriate assistance
- Handle billing and payment collection
- Perform general administrative and patient service duties as assigned
- Work closely with the Laboratory/Radiographer-in-Charge to ensure smooth patient service operations
Requirements
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with patients and members of the public
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends when required
- Able to commit according to the pre-planned activation schedule
