Retail Admin Assistant (Chinese Speaking)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday : 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
- Saturday : 9.00 am - 12 pm
- 5.5 day work week
-Location : East Area
Job Responsilbilites
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide customer service support
- Process daily sales order using SAP system
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins
- Perform general admistrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Able to communicate in Chinese and English
- Basic knowledge of SAP system will be an advantagee
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized and able to work independently
- Prior admistrative or retail experience preferred.
- Can Start work immediately
- Salary $ 2,300 to $ 2,600.00
