Job Description
- Prepare all necessary work or purchase orders in the course of his duties to maintain and manage the property and as and when directed by the Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports to the Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager.
- Attend to inquiries, complaints, reports and correspondence relating to the administration of the Corporation, its property and Subsidiary Proprietors.
- Evaluate contractors’ performance and to submit evaluation reports to the Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager.
- Enforce and administer the service contracts and to act upon the terms and conditions or agreements made under these contracts.
- Monitor expiry of licenses, contracts and any other form of documentations, and to advise the CM of such expiry as and when necessary.
- Manage and maintain inventory of all equipment and supplies used for the operations of the property.
- Collate and prepare all incoming invoices with supporting work or purchase orders and submit to the CM for their recommendation for payment.
- Keep proper records of all work and purchase orders.
- Supervise all contracted works.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Plan, organize and execute periodic checks on services as well as contracts.
- Execute directions given by Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager with regard to the operations of the property.
- Any other duties assigned by the Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager.
Job Requirement
- At least 5 years and above MCST Experience in residential or commercial development.
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Customer orientated
- Good Public Relations skills
