Responsibilities
- Manage appointment scheduling and bookings efficiently.
- Handle financial and billing-related administrative tasks.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Respond to patient and customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Process claims and related documentation.
- Support and coordinate public outreach events and activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish office supplies as required.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in frontline customer service and/or practical knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred.
- Pleasant and professional personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-oriented with a strong focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
