Finance Manager

Reporting to the Directors will manage the full financial and management accounting functions of our group of companies. The Financial Manager will oversee financial operations across Singapore, Malaysia, ensuring financial planning, compliance, reporting and risk management align with international trading.

. Manage the financial operations of the assigned region, including finance, cost control, taxation, budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis. Improve regional financial systems and processes.

. Manage the full spectrum of group consolidation processes, including the preparation of consolidated financial statement and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

. Provide guidance to local and overseas subsidiaries on accounting and financial reporting matters.

. Review audit findings and ensure that all matters are addressed or resolved promptly

. Liaise with external/internal auditors and external services providers.

. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, group financial and treasury policies, listing requirement and internal controls.

. Provide senior management and cross-functional teams with strategic financial insights to enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth.

. Knowledge of Xero accounting software and accounting/audit firm will be an advantage.
