Logistics Coordinator (12 months contract)

Position Summary:

Ensure orders are processed on time and customers' logistics requirements are arranged. Furnish full set of shipping documents to support domestic and international shipments.

All About You

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.

• Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.

• Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)

• Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents.

• Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics.

• Details oriented team player

• Demonstrate time management skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates.

• Ability to perform with minimum supervision.

• Faster learner and ability to multi-task.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

• Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.

Education:

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain
