ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Analyze, modify or makeadjustments to CRM Tool in order to create and optimize more effective sales processes
· Design and deliver trainingprograms for sales personnel in regard to global sales policies and CRM system
· Assure compliance withCompany Sales Policy
· Monitor and review newaccounts for accurate commission reporting
· Create and distribute globalmarketing material for brand awareness
· Plan and organize NationalSales Conferences
· Be in charge of theimplementation of new Regional and Country accounts.
· Produce and administer keyaccounts KPIs.
· Respond to key accounts andnational accounts for RFQ/RFI/ Pricing process.
· Other duties and projects as may beassigned.
