Housekeeping Attendant
We are reputable cleaning company looking for a Housekeeping Attendant for Various Hotel. She is responsible for keeping guest rooms and assign areas clean, tidy , hygienic and well- maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas.
- Make beds and change bed linens, pillowcases, and towels.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Replenish guest-room amenities such as toiletries, tissues, and drinking water.
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Check rooms for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or maintenance issues.
- Report maintenance problems, lost property, or unusual situations to the supervisor.
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
- Follow hotel standards, health and safety procedures, and housekeeping schedules.
- Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with deep-cleaning tasks and other housekeeping duties when required.
- Work efficiently as part of the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready on time.
