Job Description:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for employees.
Handle payroll-related matters including leave, overtime, claims, CPF, and statutory deductions.
Manage applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related work pass matters.
Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), employees, and relevant stakeholders on work pass documentation and compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Book and arrange flight tickets , accommodation, and travel itineraries for overseas business travel.
