· Supervise and mentorQuantity Surveyors across various levels, fostering team development andperformance.
· Manage project-relatedQS functions such as budgeting, cost monitoring, variation orders, and claimsadministration.
Requirements:
· Degree in QuantitySurveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
· Minimum of 8-10 years ofrelevant Quantity Surveying experience, including a minimum of 3 years in asupervisory or managerial capacity.
