Digital Marketing Account Manager
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Timing: 930am - 630pm
- Working Location: Maxwell
- Starting Salary: $4000 -$5000
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client relationships , ensuring their digital marketing objectives are met and exceeded.
- Oversee and coordinate SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Work closely with internal teams (SEO specialists, content creators, designers, and developers) to execute and optimise campaigns .
- Communicate and negotiate with external vendors, influencers, and advertising platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analyse campaign performance, metrics, and KPIs , providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop strategic marketing plans , present proposals, and provide clients with clear roadmaps for achieving their goals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities , helping clients expand their digital marketing efforts.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations .
- Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, social media, and digital advertising , ensuring MediaOne’s strategies remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising .
- Experience managing social media campaigns (organic & paid) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Ability to interpret analytics and campaign data , translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors , ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or Basecamp will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking .
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms .
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimisation and A/B testing .
- Prior experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns .
