Job Summary
You will assist in scaffold servicing, material mobilization, and general housekeeping at worksites while supporting supervisors and skilled workers to maintain safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform scaffold servicing tasks including handling, cleaning, and maintaining scaffold materials to ensure operational readiness
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment to support material mobilization at construction sites
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at worksites through regular general housekeeping activities
- Assist supervisors and skilled workers with daily operational tasks to facilitate smooth workflow
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety rules and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Take ownership of compliance with Group policies, procedures, and deadlines
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support site operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to perform manual labor effectively in construction or industrial environments
- Willingness to work outdoors and at construction or industrial sites
- Safety-oriented mindset with readiness to undergo safety training
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, scaffolding, or similar work is advantageous but not required
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
