Support the delivery of two major international One Health events in Singapore in 2027. We are seeking an Event Implementation Manager for a full-time, 12-month temporary contract from January to December 2027.
You will take over established event plans and coordinate vendors, service providers, international participants and event logistics. You will lead on-ground implementation, manage real-time operational needs and coordinate post-event follow-up and documentation.
The role also supports wider One Health work, including workshops, meetings, briefing materials and coordination across public health-related topics.
Applicants should have experience in operational event management or project management, with the ability to coordinate vendors and deliver event activities end-to-end. Strong organisation, communication and the ability to manage competing priorities independently are important. Experience with international organisations or in public health, food safety or a related One Health area is an advantage, but not essential
