Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets
- Monitor picking, packing, inventory movement, and outbound/inbound activities
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational SOPs
- Support manpower planning and operational coordination
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and efficiency within warehouse operations
- Handle operational issues and provide leadership support during shifts
✅ Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision preferred
- Leadership or team lead experience will be advantageous
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Responsible, hands-on, and able to work in fast-paced environments
