Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support infection prevention and control initiatives across the organisation
- Monitor infection control practices and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and standards
- Conduct surveillance, audits, and investigations related to infection prevention and control
- Develop, review, and implement infection control policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient safety and reduce infection risks
- Monitor and analyse infection control data and prepare reports for management review
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Support audits, accreditation activities, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Serve as a resource person on infection control matters within the organisation
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
- Relevant experience in infection control or clinical nursing environment
- Advanced certification or training in Infection Control is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention guidelines and healthcare regulations
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
