Job Details:
- Available Locations: Island wide, depending on outlet vacancy
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Team Commission
- Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)
- 3 months contract convert to perm
Job Scope:
- Sales and performance: Drive sales targets, manage store performance, and lead a team to achieve business goals.
- Client experience: Deliver exceptional client service, build client loyalty through relationship management, and uphold luxury service standards.
- Team leadership: Coach, develop, and manage a team of beauty professionals.
- Operations: Oversee all aspects of retail operations and store management.
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Able to mentor, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals
- Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service
