Job Summarry
- Supervise, train, and mentor chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Assign daily duties and monitor staff performance.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations when required.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food and kitchen supplies.
Minimize food waste and maintain proper portion control.
- Support cost management by monitoring food costs and ensuring efficient use of ingredients.
- Participate in recipe testing and standardization.

Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary qualification or equivalent professional training.
- Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Experience in Thai cuisine is an advantage.
- Experience working in a Halal-certified or Halal-compliant kitchen is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Halal food preparation, handling, and hygiene requirements.
- Ability to maintain and uphold Halal compliance standards at all times.
- Malay or Muslim Preferred.
