HR Executive - St. Andrew's Nursing Home (Buangkok)

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to staff enquiries and provide assistance on matters relating to leave entitlement and applications, medical claims, uniform and name tag issuance, medical examinations, and employment contracts for both local and foreign employees.
- Create, maintain, and update personal files and employee records for all new and existing employees, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with PDPA requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, verifying required documentation, and liaising with Heads of Department (HODs) on candidate information and requirements.
- Coordinate all onboarding requirements for new local and foreign employees, including pre-employment medical examinations, insurance coverage, security bonds, AIC and MOM applications, and other relevant requirements.
- Conduct orientation and induction programmes for new employees and register new hires on the clocking system on their first day of work.
- Manage all matters relating to Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) requirements, including SNB EN/RN licensure examinations, registration, and annual practising certificate renewals.
- Coordinate and monitor six-monthly medical examinations for foreign employees to ensure timely compliance with relevant requirements.
- Administer employee insurance matters, including maintaining insurance records, coordinating renewals, assisting with medical and insurance claims, and liaising with insurance providers and relevant parties.
- Coordinate training administration, including arranging training programmes, scheduling courses, liaising with training providers, maintaining training records, monitoring staff attendance and completion, and ensuring mandatory training requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist and support the HR Manager in handling employee disciplinary matters, grievances, workplace conflicts, and disputes.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR-related activities, events, and initiatives.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidates who are able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Managementor a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience inHuman Resource functions.
- Previous experience in payroll administration will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, meticulous, well-organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
