Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internship recruitment operations including job requisition reviews, posting advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment fairs, walk‑in career events, and other high‑touch talent acquisition channels.
  • Collate, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to assist in reporting and provide insights during monthly recruitment meetings.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or digitalize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
