Key Responsibilities
- Manage internship recruitment operations including job requisition reviews, posting advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment fairs, walk‑in career events, and other high‑touch talent acquisition channels.
- Collate, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to assist in reporting and provide insights during monthly recruitment meetings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Identify opportunities to automate or digitalize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Strong interest in building meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
- Proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
