- Position Title: Field Service Engineer
- Working Location: Islandwide (Office in Tuas)
- Working Hours: 5-days (Mon – Fri: 8.30AM – 6.15PM)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support site installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning of compressor and dryer units to ensure they are ready for operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in air compressors and refrigeration dryers to maintain system performance.
- Attend to service calls and perform regular servicing at customer sites to reduce equipment breakdowns.
- Supervise production processes to support smooth operations and minimise downtime.
- Prepare and submit accurate repair and maintenance quotations for service jobs and spare parts sales.
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly service jobs to ensure efficient resource planning and customer support.
- Provide technical training to customers on the proper use and basic care of equipment.

- Certificate, NiTEC, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence to operate a service lorry or van in Singapore.
