- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Coordinate performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on HR policies and practices.
- Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the implementation of HR projects, policies, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Arts or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
