Job Description

- Position Title: Sales Consultant
- Working Location: Central Region
- Working Hours: 5-days work week (8 days off a month) | 10am-8pm (weekend 10am-7pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $2,500 - $3,500 + Commission + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and build good relationships with them.
- Conduct face and body consultations using structured assessment methods.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans based on customers’ goals.
- Follow up with clients and record their progress through notes and photos.
- Handle sales enquiries in a calm, confident, and professional manner.
- Work closely with the team to ensure customers have a smooth experience.
- Maintain service standards, follow company procedures, and keep records accurate.

- At least 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness, spa, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and able to explain information clearly.
- Service-oriented, empathetic, and reliable.
- Goal-driven with good follow-through.
- Comfortable using digital tools for appointments and notes.
