Job Scope:
- Support and coordinate the planning and implementation of programmes to strengthen crisis preparedness for religious organisations
- Build and maintain partnerships with religious organisations, government agencies, vendors, and community stakeholders
- Coordinate training sessions, engagement activities, and capability-building programmes
- Support emergency preparedness, contingency planning, and resilience initiatives
- Manageprogramme administration, communications, registrations, databases, andreporting
- Track programme performance, feedback, and training statistics
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and publicity efforts
- Support initiatives that strengthen social cohesion and crisis response readiness within the community
Requirements:
- Has at least three (3) years experience working with community groups
- Strong acumen for data and financials and literacy skills (Microsoft Office software)
- Willing and able to assist with ad-hoc tasks
- Willing to work on evenings, weekends and/or after office hours engagements with community leaders
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to engage stakeholders and volunteers effectively
- High level of initiative with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Able to multi-task, work under tight schedules in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Personal interest in building and strengthening community relationships.
