Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in the foodservice or F&B industry is an added advantage.
- Strong relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
