Administrative and Customer Service Assistant
- Salary: $2,760/month
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- ️ Contract Period: 30 October 2026 – 30 April 2027
- ⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours per week
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification with relevant experience, or a Diploma.
- Customer service or administrative experience is advantageous.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and Excel knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Good problem-solving, time management and multitasking skills.
- Patient, adaptable, professional and reliable.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage system administration, including user access, basic reports and category maintenance.
- Assist with corporate gifts and billing contact updates.
- Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier deliveries and pickups.
- Respond to customer enquiries through various service channels within stipulated timelines.
- Assess, route and escalate cases to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on administrative tasks.
