Assistant BIM Manager

Job Scope

• Assist in BIM management activities, including the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with project requirements.
• Attend and participate in BIM coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Review clash detection reports, coordinate resolutions, and prepare BIM presentations for project discussions.
• Coordinate and manage the preparation of as-built BIM models and documentation for project handover and client submission.
• Collaborate with Architectural, Structural, and M&E disciplines to develop, integrate, and maintain coordinated BIM models and drawings.
• Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to facilitate document control, information sharing, and project coordination between office and site teams.
• Ensure all project stakeholders, including main contractors and subcontractors, utilize BIM models as the primary source for shop drawing extraction and development.
• Verify consistency and alignment between 2D construction drawings and 3D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop templates and standards for Asset Information Models (AIM) to support facility management requirements and future BIM project tenders.
• Provide BIM-related support during tender stages, including reviewing BIM scope requirements and technical submissions.
• Attend technical and coordination meetings as required to support project execution and BIM implementation.
