Treasury Officer (Front Office Support - Foreign Bank)

My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Front Office Support professional to join their Treasury team. This role provides critical support to the front office function by bridging dealing desks with middle and back-office operations, ensuring effective coordination, accurate reporting, and smooth execution of treasury activities. - This is a non-trading role focused on treasury operations, foreign exchange (FX) support, trade support, reporting, process coordination, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for treasury and FX activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks.
- Support treasury dealing teams through trade documentation, transaction processing, reporting, and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Prepare market updates, treasury reports, presentations, and analytical materials to support business reviews and decision-making.
- Assist with client and counterparty onboarding activities, including documentation collection, process tracking, and coordination across internal teams.
- Maintain and improve operational processes, controls, and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the Treasury team and participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Requirement:
- Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Banking, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
