Job Description
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and software.
- Document and update technical support tickets to ensure accurate tracking of issues.
- Collaborate with the technology team to identify and address recurring system challenges.
- Conduct basic training sessions for users on system updates and best practices.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in alignment with company policies.
- Support hardware and software inventory management activities.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
The Successful Applicant
A successful End User Support professional should have:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Knowledge of standard operating systems and office productivity tools.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced insurance industry environment.
