Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, email, network connectivity, and general IT issues
- Maintain IT asset records and track IT equipment
- Prepare IT equipment, user accounts, and access for employee onboarding and offboarding
- Respond to user support requests and resolve technical issues promptly
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops
- Set up desktops, laptops, servers, and standard business applications
- Install, configure, and support Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, antivirus, and other business applications
- Support printers, meeting room equipment, display systems, and other workplace technology
- Pack, unpack, relocate, and install computers and servers
- Set up IT equipment for training sessions, meetings, audits, presentations, and visitors
- Provide technical support during training sessions
- Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, desktop support or IT infrastructure support
