Responsibilities
. Provide logistic and administrative support, assist with event registration and crowd control.
. Perform general administrative duties not limited to:
o Tracking and upkeeping calendar of events
o Provide different reporting and tracking including collation of vacancies, documents tracking, budget tracking, claims document verification and tracking on a daily or monthly basis
o Perform data entry, collation of data, preparation of letters, printing, scanning, filing, receipts/deliveries of documents and materials from partners.
. Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
. Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
. Possess good communication skills.
. Meticulous & Independent with good coordination skills.
. Able to work with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
. Able to work on weekends
. Able to commute islandwide for events/outreach.
