Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Property Executive be part of their Property Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area, easily accessible.
Duties of Senior Property Executive:
- Manage daily site operations, including inspections, maintenance, and vendor performance
- Coordinate with contractors for timely repair works and system upkeep
- Oversee emergency preparedness and crisis response plans
- Handle contract verifications, invoice processing, and maintenance stock control
- Conduct handover of completed units to occupants
- Ensure building complies with statutory and safety requirements
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and tenants
Requirements:
- Diploma in related field.
- 2 - 3 years experience of relevant experience
- Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification
- Experience in leading a team
