About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities across multiple platforms, with a focus on campaigns, content, social media, e-commerce and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Website& E-Commerce Management
· Maintain and update the company's website and online store.
· Ensure product, service, promotional and outlet information is accurate and up to date.
· Improve website and online-store content to support customer experience, enquiries and conversions.
· Optimize website and online store content to improve user experience and engagement.
· Manage online queries and customer interactions across relevant digital platforms.
Influencer/ KOL Marketing
· Identify suitable influencers, content creators and KOLs for brand collaborations.
· Manage collaborations from outreach and negotiation to content coordination and performance tracking.
· Ensure agreed content is delivered on time and meets brand requirements.
· Maintain proper records of collaboration costs, deliverables and results.
Market& Competitor Research
· Conduct market, audience and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.
· Monitor competitor promotions, pricing, content and digital activities.
· Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, website traffic, e-commerce sales and customer reviews.
· Use performance data and customer insights to recommend improvements.
Online Reputation and Customer Engagement
· Monitor and respond to Google Reviews and other online feedback in a timely and professional manner.
· Track review volume, ratings, customer feedback and outlet-level performance.
· Escalate sensitive complaints or service-recovery matters to the appropriate department.
Marketing Campaigns, Social Media and Content
· Assist Marketing manager and team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions and customer-engagement initiatives.
· Develop content ideas, captions, campaign messages and short-form video concepts.
· Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers and other team members to produce marketing materials.
· Monitor social media trends, customer interests and competitor content to identify new opportunities.
· Assist with content shoots, customer testimonials and promotional videos where required.
· Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
· 2–4years of relevant experience in marketing.
· Experience in the beauty, aesthetic or lifestyle industry will be an advantage.
· Good understanding of social media platforms paid advertising and digital marketing tools.
· Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
· Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
· Proactive, creative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
