- Initiate and develop client relationships through calls and meetings.
- Build a network of high-quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database.
- Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions.
- Engage with customers through on-site meetings, lunches, coffees, networking events and seminars.
- Guide, feedback, and influence customers through the interview process, ensuring every opportunity for a successful placement.
- Manage salary and fee negotiations.
The Successful Applicant
You don't need a particular type of experience to be a recruiter, it's your inherent traits that guide your behaviour at work that make you successful. The traits that our most successful recruiters usually have are:
- Bachelors’ Degree with at least 2 years’ experience of having worked in related functions/industries mentioned above or within a recruitment company.
- Passion for a commercial role and what you have done in your career with proven results.
- Values that are in line with ours- Team work, results driven
- Ability to build rapport with C-level executives as business development activity is focused on targeting global/regional leaders from the sector.
- Demonstrate strong resilience, in the ability to bounce back from adversity and use it as fuel to regain momentum.
- Drive and OOMPH!!! – ability to sustain high levels of energy and output over long periods.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin as the role will be managing and working directly with mandarin speaking clients from China
