Operations Executive

- Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations for passenger and commercial vehicles.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules while monitoring fleet status.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures while delivering good customer service.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily delivery operations.
- Arrange vehicle inspections, maintenance, and servicing for the fleet.
- Maintain the general upkeep and cleanliness of all fleet vehicles.
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Responsible, team-player and organized.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Possess valid class 3 driving license
- Working Location at Pandan Road
