Your Mission
Internal Communications Content & Design
- Design and produce cross-media internal communications content across print and digital platforms (eDMs, e-newsletters, intranet, presentation templates, print collateral, etc.).
- Develop internal announcements , event-related creatives, and communication materials to support internal engagement.
- Create and maintain SOPs / templates to support consistent communications execution (where applicable). (From your current JD text)
Multimedia (Photo / Video)
- Plan and produce photography and video content for internal communications use (including coordination of shoots when needed).
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple communications projects from concept to execution , ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, the global communications team, and external vendors to deliver content efficiently and consistently.
Brand / Corporate Identity Governance
- Ensure consistent and effective application of corporate identity and branding across all communication touchpoints and formats.
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Maintain and curate a centralized DAM , ensuring assets are organized, accessible, and up to date (e.g., key visuals, templates, photo/video assets).
Event & Production Support
- Support communications-related activities including event management support , and coordination for photo/video shoots as needed.
Your Talents
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia (or equivalent); strong portfolio to be presented during interview.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital and interactive media design (in-house or agency).
- Hybrid designer with basic HTML capability for email campaigns.
- Strong capability in both digital and print design .
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite , Figma , and Microsoft Office .
- Good understanding of email marketing , digital platforms, and social media.
- Strong writing and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
