Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing clients with regular updates and addressing any issues proactively.
- Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to secure competitive rates and maintain high service quality.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and supporting contract negotiations to drive customer retention and growth.
- Ensure accuracy in preparing shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and provide regular reports on account performance and key metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (land, sea, and air operations) , logistics, or key account management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with freight management systems and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Open to Singaporean citizens only.
