Key Responsibilities:
YouTube Project Management & Content Strategy
- Coordinate with the appointed creative agency on YouTube channel initiatives and content plans.
- Support the implementation of YouTube content strategy and campaign plans.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely execution of content initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end editorial direction to ensure content aligns with organisational objectives.
Social Media Content & Creative Production
- Curate and create engaging social media content across static and video formats.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to source and develop creative assets that support organisational messaging.
- Ensure content is optimised for various social media platforms and target audiences.
- Support content planning across multiple digital channels and content pillars.
Stakeholder Management & Digital Communications
- Liaise with internal teams and external creative partners throughout the content production process.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate approvals to maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- University degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant project management experience in creative, media, digital marketing, or video production.
- Proven experience supporting multi-channel content strategies and campaigns.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, target audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.
- Ability to translate brand narratives into engaging, platform-native content.
- Strong visual sense for design, layout, typography, and video pacing.
- Familiarity with design tools and short-form video editing workflows.
- Able to identify emerging digital trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
