We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
What the officer will be doing?
- Manage end-to-end delivery across the assigned portfolio of enterprise and citizen-facing systems, including project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and release coordination.
- Coordinate agile delivery across business, product, design, engineering, operations, cybersecurity and vendor teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage project governance, vendor performance, stakeholder communications, decision-making and reporting to management and governance forums.
- Coordinate requirements, solutioning, testing, cybersecurity compliance, deployment, operational readiness and transition to business-as-usual support.
- Support production operations, planned after-hours deployments and Severity incident coordination, including follow-up on defects and corrective actions.
- Undertake structured handover and job-shadowing with incumbent officers to preserve system, vendor and business-domain knowledge.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in building digital products.
- Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
- End to end experience working with product team to build products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.
- Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus
- Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
- Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus
- Personnel must be available for planned deployments and Severity incident support outside office hours, as necessary
