Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural, structural and construction drawings.
- Produce 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.
- Develop layout plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, consultants and project teams.
- Review design specifications and ensure drawings comply with approved plans.
- Revise and update drawings according to site conditions and consultant comments.
- Maintain proper records and version control of all drawings.
- Support the project team with technical documentation and submissions.
- Attend coordination meetings and conduct site visits when required.
- Ensure drawings comply with Singapore building codes, BCA requirements and relevant regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or a related discipline.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit, BIM, SketchUp or other drafting software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and submission requirements is preferred.
- Able to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Detail-oriented with good accuracy and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with the project team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Candidates with relevant building drafting experience will be preferred.
