Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage quality candidates through job portals, professional networks, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent channels.
- Prepare and post compelling job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders.
- Perform reference checks and evaluate candidates against job requirements to ensure the best hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and relocation arrangements where required.
- Monitor recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance employer branding, hiring processes, and candidate attraction strategies.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant employment guidelines and internal policies.
- Participate in HR projects, talent initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
