Sales Manager (Security Systems)

Looking to take the next step in B2B sales within the security systems industry? This is an opportunity to join a role focused on driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and working on solution-based sales across Singapore and regional markets.
Employment Highlights
- Monthly salary: $4,500 – $5,500
- Performance-based bonus
- Claimable travel expenses for Singapore client meetings
- Company-covered overseas business travel expenses
- Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across Singapore and international markets (approximately once every 3 months)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security systems market
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Engage with government agencies, system integrators, distributors, and commercial clients
- Present security solutions and conduct product or solution presentations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable security system solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Support project sales, tenders, and business negotiations where required
- Work closely with internal technical and project teams to ensure solutions meet client needs
- Maintain current knowledge of security systems, products, and market developments
- Represent the company at client meetings, business discussions, and industry events
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Security Systems, or a related discipline
- Relevant B2B sales experience , preferably in security systems or solutions
- Experience in client engagement and account development
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of security systems and related technologies
- Experience in CCTV, access control, surveillance, or integrated security systems will be an advantage
- Experience in government tenders, project sales, channel or distributor sales, or technical solution selling is preferred
- Comfortable with local and overseas business travel
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
