- Position Title: Purchasing Executive (Manufacturing)
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Process requisitions submitted by different departments.
- Source suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing.
- Purchase raw materials, equipment, parts, and other items required for operations and production.
- Prepare purchase orders and verify delivery orders.
- Ensure all purchasing documents are properly maintained.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum ITE or Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of relevant purchasing experience.
- Good knowledge of international trade administration, including import and export documents and Letters of Credit.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
