- GCE ‘O’ / ’A’ Level / Nitec COS / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource preferred
- With relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to make independent judgement in accordance with SOPs
- Good analytical skills
Job Description
· Process administrative Human Resource services for various client government agencies accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance with policies and relevant regulations
· Update HR transactions in Workday system and submit for checking
· Prepare and issue letters/emails correspondences and related documents
· Liaise and follow up with client government agencies in HR-related matters
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
· Apply independent judgement in accordance with SOPs to analyse issues and recommend appropriate courses of action when addressing queries from client agencies and customers
· Testing of new functions in Workday (e.g. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)), new/in-progress automation bots etc
· Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs
