We are seeking experienced professionals in tertiary programme management and academic operations to support and drive the growth of our educational programmes.
- Basic up to $5,500 per month + AWS + PB
- 3-year contract
- Mon - Fri, office hours
- Boon Lay MRT
What to expect:
- Manage end-to-end graduate admissions processes, including outreach activities, applicant evaluations, interviews, and offer administration.
- Oversee programme administration and operations , including timetable planning, course registration, curriculum updates, faculty coordination, and budget monitoring.
- Support graduate students throughout their academic lifecycle, handling enquiries, academic matters, programme changes, appeals, and student administration processes.
- Coordinate examination and academic processes, including marks submission, Board of Examiners reporting, exam appeals, and graduation-related administration.
- Organise student engagement events and provide operational support for finance, procurement, reporting, data management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Who we are looking for :
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience managing academic administration.
- Good communication and writing skills with the ability to communicate and interact well with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem solver and adaptable to dynamic environments.
